Carbon Global Security is hiring for Uniformed Unarmed Security Guard positions in Arizona.

Carbon Global Security is a high-end Security organization that provides top-tier services to high-net worth families, fortune 500 corporations, and at-risk individuals.

This position is for On-Call employees in Arizona that could turn into Full/Part - Time.

Carbon Global Security offers 360-degree solutions to risk mitigation and corporate security. Our company operates in Arizona,California, Nevada, the Caribbean, and the Miami area and looking to expand into other markets next year.

Advancement opportunities can include Armed Security Details, Plain Clothes, Executive Protection, and Residential Security Team details.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Unarmed uniformed security to corporations, individuals, assets and objects.
  • Maintain excellent firearm proficiency, participate in continuous education, and range exercises.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to any sensitive information pertaining to Principals, physical protection means and methods, or company information.
  • Able to work comfortably in a team setting as well as independently.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be at least 25 years old.
  • In possession ofreliable means of transportation.
  • Provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
  • Provide a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Inpossessionof anAZ DPS Unarmed Guard Card.
  • Provide US issued valid driver's license and clean DMV report (5 years).
  • Pass pre-hiring drug and alcohol testing.
  • Pass pre-hiring physical fitness assessment.
  • Maintain a trim, physically fit, and professional appearance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks while working independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in spoken and written form.
  • Lift or carry 200 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
  • Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Excellent de-escalation skills and customer service skills.
