Dallas, TX ( 3 days onsite)

Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise GIS architectures and solutions.
- Strong expertise with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise platform including Server, Portal, Online, and Enterprise Geodatabases.
- Experience working within Energy & Utilities environments supporting electric, gas, water, or renewable utility operations.
- Exposure to Hexagon Intergraph GIS technologies and related utility mapping solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures and utility operational systems.
- Experience designing hybrid cloud and on-premise GIS deployments using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
- Knowledge of GIS infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, networking, load balancing, storage, and security frameworks.
- Strong background in spatial databases and servers, networking, load balancing, storage, and security frameworks.
- Strong background in spatial databases and RDBMS technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, or similar platforms.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, or related technologies.
