Position Type: Full-Time (Nights) | Part-Time (Days) | or Per Diem | Hourly

What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality.
  • Complete daily resident assessments and document physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
  • Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes.
  • Provide supervision and support to unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures.
  • Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs.

What You Bring
  • Current Michigan RN license (required).
  • Graduation from an accredited RN program.
  • Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar).

Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time (Night Shift) or Part-Time (Day Shift) or Per Diem (Day or Night)
Shifts:
  • Days: 6:30 am - 7:00 pm
  • Nights: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am

Weekends: Every other weekend for full-time roles
Pay: $37.40 - 40.65/hour (based on licensure)
Differentials:
  • +$5.00/hour for Night Shift
  • +$1.00/hour for Per Diem
