Job description

Bronzeback Inc is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are now hiring for full time and part time delivery drivers in the Escanaba, MI area. Drivers will operate out of the terminal located at 2501 N 30th ST, Escanaba, MI 49829 and will be delivering in transit and step vans provided by the employer. No CDL Required!

Schedule: The terminal is open Monday through Saturday. FullTime is 4 or 5 days a week, 8:00 am to completion. (Outbound drivers need to be back by 8pm, or whenever your service is completed)

Bronzeback Inc is looking for flexible people with flexible hours!

Pay: $170/day

Delivery Driver Benefits:

  • Weekly Paycheck - Direct Deposits on Fridays
  • $120.00/day Per Training
  • $170.00/day once training is completed to start. $30.00 a week attendance bonus
  • Pay can start higher depends on you
  • Uniforms provided

Delivery Driver Requirements:

  • Clean MVR
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT physical (FedEx pays for this)!
  • Physically able to carry packages 50 lbs or more. 150 lbs with a Cart/Sled
  • Able to deliver between 45-125 stops a day.
  • Must live within 45 minutes of Escanaba, MI, area code 49829
  • Have or willing to get a Chauffeur's license
  • Must submit to a background check

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at Escanaba, MI FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
  • Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
  • Delivering packages to the destination
  • Scanning and Logging Packages
  • Able to drive in the Snow/Rain/Ice
  • Able to read a map and GPS
  • Drive long distances to meet the requirements of all customers
