We strive for our clients to not only love their hair, but to enjoy the entire salon experience.

We are searching for a creative, dependable and team oriented hairstylist to grow with our fellow stylists while serving our amazing salon clientele. We are an exclusively clean salon, using Davines and Original&Mineral haircolor and haircare. We offer a Competitive Commission Package, and are located in a desirable location, with new client traffic.

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming clients who enter the salon in a friendly and professional manner
  • Consulting with your client and creating a style plan to meet their expectations
  • Providing your client with excellent customer service and their desired hair color/style
  • Develop meaningful relationships with salon clientele and stylists
  • Delivering the level of service that the salon prides itself on providing, while creating and maintaining a stylist/client relationship

Qualifications:

  • NJ Cosmetology permit/license
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Interest in salon classes/continuing education
  • Flexible availability (salon is open Wednesday through Sunday)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within a clean/natural salon or following a plus, but not required
  • Night and weekend availability a plus
