Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Provide detailed information about Harley-Davidson products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrations to showcase motorcycle performance and options.
- Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle and accessories based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson product line, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to offer financing options and negotiate terms.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Participate in dealership events and community outreach to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain the showroom, ensuring motorcycles and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory manager to reorder stock as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.
