Job description

This position is responsible for providing high quality patient centered primary health care to patients of the community health center's Dauphin Island Parkway Health Center in Mobile, AL.
Candidates must:

  • be committed to delivering whole patient care;
  • be experienced in managing medically complex patients;
  • be proficient with navigating and documenting in an electronic medical record (Athena);
  • be licensed as a certified registered nurse practitioner by the Alabama Board of Nursing in Family Practice;
  • have graduated from an accredited nursing program leading to certification as a Registered Nurse supplemented by completion of additional training as a Nurse Practitioner in an approved program.
