Syskoplan is seeking an ambitious SAP Project Manager with strong functional expertise and leadership experience to manage global programs leveraging the latest SAP technologies-including S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Analytics, and RISE with SAP.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead global SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, enhancements, etc), including managing project teams, timelines, budgets and other resources. Typical projects range from $.5MM to $6MM in overall budget.
Effectively plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members
Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate client stakeholders
Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills
Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client

Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape
Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE)
Leadership skills to guide the consulting team and act as a trusted adviser to the client regarding strategy, direction, and risk.
Travel up to 50%
