Job Description
  • Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives.
  • This position is to support XGI dataPower firmware upgrades & patches moving forward.
  • As per the connectivity patching CoE mandate, the firmware patch to address any security vulnerabilities has to be applied on the dataPower devices within 30 days and with the current inflow of firmware patches released by IBM every few weeks, there is need for additional dedicated resource to support the patching needs for XGI environment.
  • This resource would work closely with the enterprise dataPower support team and the application teams to coordinate the upgrades moving forward and focus on supporting the integrations that are impacted due to the upgrades and make sure enough testing is carried out in the lower environment before pushing it to the production environment.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years application development and implementation experience.
