Job overview

You will integrate the Threats Research team which is responsible for constantly improving the detection capabilities across our product line.
Your goal will be to challenge and improve our detection capabilities regarding fraud including account take over, fake subscriptions, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep expertise of fraud patterns observed across our customers' traffic
  • Improve the long term quality of our fraud detection across DataDome product line
  • Handle customer requests regarding fraud case analysis and reporting
  • Contribute to the fraud detection product development by acting as a power user, recommend UI evolution, new detection signals, etc.
  • Work with Solution Engineers to capture customers' insights, meet detection performance expectations and inflect the product evolution

Must have:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Have a real passion for data exploration and analysis
  • Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong time management and priorization skills
  • Master Python and SQL
  • Strong ability to automate things with scripting and AI
  • Experience in cyber security (web threats) or fraud

Nice to have:

  • Implement bots during your spare time
  • Kibana and Elasticsearch usage experience
  • Experience in a technical support role in the past, and willing to discuss directly with product end users
