You will translate approved solution designs into high-quality automation and data solutions by leading internal development teams, overseeing offshore partners, and expanding enterprise automation, artificial intelligence, and data engineering capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Own execution of automation and data solutions once designs are approved, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement in development velocity, solution quality, and long-term maintainability.

  • Direct task allocation, progress tracking, and quality reviews across all build activities.

  • Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and rework trends to identify and implement improvements.

  • Act as the primary execution decision maker for development sequencing and resource planning within the Global Business Services Center of Excellence build function.

  • Partner with Enterprise Artificial Intelligence and Enablement teams to leverage enterprise platforms, services, and governance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support solution adoption, including transition-to-run planning, user training, and post-deployment support.

  • Lead and develop internal automation developers and data engineers.

  • Provide day-to-day direction for offshore automation developers and support partners.

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.

  • Mentor team members to strengthen technical, analytical, and delivery skills.

  • Foster a culture focused on quality, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.

  • Coordinate knowledge transfer between offshore and internal teams while reducing long-term dependency on third-party resources.

  • Establish and enforce data engineering practices, code quality standards, and reusable components.

  • Build data engineering capabilities that support automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives using enterprise-approved platforms.

  • Lead development of reusable data products, datasets, and solution components.

  • Enable integrated automation and data solutions that deliver business insights.

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and information technology partners.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

  • Five or more years of experience in automation, software engineering, or data engineering roles.

  • Three or more years of people leadership or team management experience.

  • Experience leading internal teams and working with offshore or third-party development partners.

  • Strong understanding of automation platforms such as UiPath.

  • Experience working with agile delivery methodologies; Jira experience preferred.

  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to leadership.
