  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data stewards and governance analysts.
  • Partner with data engineering and IT teams to implement and optimize data catalogs, metadata repositories, and data lineage capabilities.
  • Define, monitor, and report on data quality metrics, governance KPIs, and remediation initiatives to executive leadership.
  • Ensure enterprise data practices align with applicable regulatory requirements and privacy standards, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Lead enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, establishing trusted "golden records" for critical business data.
  • Develop training and change management programs that improve data literacy and encourage adoption of governance practices across the organization.
  • Stay current on emerging governance technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes, recommending improvements that strengthen the organization's data capabilities.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a collaborative and strategic data leader who combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related discipline, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with modern data ecosystems including Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CDMP, DGSP, or similar.
  • Experience within the gaming industry.
Keys to Success
  • Be a strategic leader who can establish enterprise-wide governance programs that scale with the business.
  • Build strong partnerships across IT, Legal, Compliance, and business functions to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Balance governance with business enablement, creating practical processes that improve data quality without slowing innovation.
  • Use metrics and data-driven insights to measure success and continuously improve governance effectiveness.
  • Champion data literacy and foster a culture where data is treated as a trusted enterprise asset.
