About the Role
The client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for complex data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or enterprise application implementation, and must be adept at delivering clear project documentation and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
  • Translate business and system requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
  • Support data modernization efforts, especially within Azure-based environments.
  • Collaborate with agile delivery teams, technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation across all project phases.
  • Conduct UAT planning, script writing, and testing.
  • Identify and track project risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the SDLC.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Required Skills and Experience (Minimum 5 Years Each)
  • Experience in business systems analysis for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on work in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or enterprise application implementation.
