Job description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ph.D., M.D. or Doctoral equivalent in any field and one (1) year of completed Postdoctoral Fellow research experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The postdoctoral fellow will conduct, report and present research in his/her field of study under the supervision of a faculty mentor. This is a training position, and is not expected to be a permanent position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The postdoctoral fellow assists PIs in the conduct of on-going research projects (investigator and industry initiated). Duties include executing on-going protocols for clinical trials as well as assisting in the collection/analyzing of clinical data for on-going QI and database research projects. Familiarity with data handling regulations around medical data and research data (e.g., HIPAA and IRB), experience with data management (e.g., REDCap), and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MD or PhD in a related field
  • Research experience
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail

SALARY:
Commensurate with experience
