Job Summary
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Cambridge is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Specialist to join our Specialized Services team. In this role, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical client and account information while supporting internal teams through research, problem-solving, and data maintenance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
  • Enter, update, and verify client and account information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Conduct research and review business processes and data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot issues using internal technology platforms and databases.
  • Respond professionally to phone, email, voicemail, and occasional in-person inquiries.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to maintain accurate account information.
  • Perform quality control reviews and accuracy checks to ensure data standards are met.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new associates on processes and procedures.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour
