Ghostwerks is seeking an organized and driven Project Support Specialist to assist project teams with coordination, scheduling, and administrative support tasks. The Project Support Specialist will help track project progress, maintain project documentation, coordinate schedules, and support overall project execution to ensure tasks are completed on time and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist in coordinating project tasks and ensuring deadlines are met

· Track project progress and communicate issues or delays to the Project Manager

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project files

· Maintain and update project schedules, databases, and project management tools

· Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and coordinating communications

· Assist with development and maintenance of project plans and timelines

· Participate in project meetings and provide support as needed

· Track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion

· Coordinate communication between internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders

· Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership reviews

· Assist with data collection, reporting metrics, and project performance tracking

· Maintain document control and ensure project documentation complies with company and customer requirements

· Support contract deliverables and compliance tracking

Qualifications (Required)
