ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager:

  • Demonstrating management and supervisory skills.
  • Demonstrating customer service skills.
  • Demonstrating analytic and organizational skills.
  • Analyzing business processes.
  • Developing and generating various Agency reports.
  • Organizing and creating project management plans.
  • Serves as technical lead and subject matter expert
  • Manage Multiple Tasks and Projects
  • Performing Records Management & Records Management training.
  • Ensuring project management oversight, coordination and processes for the following but not limited to:
  • Coordinate with internal staff or outside consultants on complex technical issues
  • Reviewing and verifying contract deliverables.
  • Ensuring completion of Project Information Management System (PMS) Reports.
  • Reviewing and updating Document Flow Process Maps.
  • Agency Files Management
  • General Administrative Support
  • Publications and Reports
  • Internal and External Dissemination of Information
  • Work with team to solve construction problems.
  • Reports and Other Deliverables

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Performing Project Management oversight, coordination and tasks.
  • Using strong interpersonal, oral and written skills.
  • Analyzing business processes.
  • Organizing and creating project management plans.
  • Managing multiple tasks.
  • Completing projects requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Providing assistance in a time sensitive environment.
  • Using strong organizational and customer service skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Familiarity and proficiency with the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • High proficiency with a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems

RECORDS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Records Management; Records Management training, or certificate, preferred.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • None

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related degree preferred; or
  • 5+ years of documented successful Project Management experience required.
