Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion & OCI Specialist with expertise in administration across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM, OCI. This role manages identity, access, service accounts, data security, automations, integrations, disaster recovery, and supports users across Finance, HR, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OCI, OIC, APEX integrations, OAC, ODI, ATP Databases, GitHub, Databricks, Fivetran as well as the ability to participate in POCs for new products/tools to ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and standards.

Key Responsibilities

 

Security Architecture & Role Governance

  • Design, configure, and maintain Fusion Security, including:
    • Job roles, abstract roles, duty roles, custom roles, privileges
    • HCM Data Roles & Aggregate Privileges
    • Data Security Policies
  • Maintain scalable and leastprivilegefocused role catalogs.
  • Maintain and govern Segregation of Duties (SoD) and remediation strategies.
  • Secure OTBI/BIP subject areas, folders, and custom reports.
  • Secure integrations using:
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • OCI-hosted APEX applications integrated with Fusion
    • ATP Database management
    • Databricks and Fivetran pipelines
    • Fusion REST/SOAP APIs
  • Manage OAuth tokens, service credentials, and certificate-based integration authentication.
  • Govern OCI IAM policies related to Fusion/APEX integration security.
  • Ensure all integration and data-access patterns align with least-privilege and audit requirements.

Identity, Access & User Lifecycle

  • Manage user lifecycle processes for ERP, HCM, and EPM: onboarding, offboarding, and periodic access reviews.
  • Administer accounts using Security Console, HDL, and REST APIs.
  • Maintain consistent worker/person identity between Fusion, Workday (if applicable), and other connected systems.
  • Configure and support DUO SSO/MFA integrations (SAML/OIDC).
  • Service Account Governance:
    • Create and maintain Fusion service accounts for integrations and automation.
    • Enforce privileged-access restrictions, password rotation, and secrets vaulting.
    • Maintain audit logs and lifecycle governance for non-human accounts.
    • Ensure compliance and security standards.

Automation & Operational Efficiency

  • Automate Fusion administrative workflows:
    • HDL/UDL bulk loads
    • Role provisioning
    • Security synchronization
    • Audit data extraction and reconciliation
  • Build scripts, tools, and dashboards to improve security operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Implement automation for cross-system consistency checks (e.g., Fusion โ†” Workday).

Audit, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Lead quarterly access reviews and produce audit-ready evidence.
  • Support SOX, SoD, GDPR/CCPA, and internal audit frameworks.
  • Conduct cross-application access reconciliation and remediation.
  • Implement preventive and detective controls to meet audit and compliance needs.

Environment Management, DR & Operations

  • Support security in DEV/TEST/STAGE/PROD
  • Lead security validation and regression testing during quarterly Oracle updates.
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Manage GitHub for version and change control.
  • Develop, maintain, and test Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and runbooks.
  • Validate end-to-end DR readiness across Fusion, OIC, OCI, and integrated systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT Security, Audit, Data Engineering, PMO, and other teams.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and deep technical assistance for escalated incidents.
  • Train teams on access request workflows and compliance practices.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define security requirements and translate needs into system configurations.
  • Support impact analysis for new modules, features, and business processes.
  • Participate in POCs for new products/tools to ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise of Oracle Fusion Cloud Security experience.
  • Strong expertise with OCI, OIC, APEX, ATP databases, Databricks, Fivetran.
  • Strong background in service account governance and least-privilege role design.
  • Hands-on exposure to Security Console, HDL, REST APIs, and Fusion data security.
  • Experience automating Fusion operations and controls.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to support Rosendin business US hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EPM Cloud security experience (EPBCS/FCCS/ARCS).
  • OCI or Oracle Cloud Security certifications.
  • Experience developing secure APEX integrations.
