Scheduling Coordinator

We are a small Appliance repair shop based out of Lemon Grove who is growing and would like someone that is able to grow with our family. Our company has been around since 1952 and provides services throughout San Diego county.

Job Summary

  • Manages schedules for the organization.
  • Dispatches calls to the field service tech's
  • Receive and make phone calls to customers, property managers, and warranty companies.
  • Invoice and record data for clients

General Accountabilities

  • Uses various computer applications, such as database management and word processing.
  • Answers telephones and takes client orders.
  • Creates, maintains, and enters data into databases.
  • Schedules appointments using spreadsheets or software.
  • Makes travel arrangements and manages route schedules.
  • Organizes route schedules for optimum service and timeliness.
