Position Type: Full Time (Non-Exempt)

Direct Supervisor: Student Minister

Position Summary: Provides administrative and organizational leadership for Shades Student Ministry through effective communication, event coordination, and ministry support while assisting in the execution of student ministry programs and events.

Position Profile:

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting the success of others.

  • Committed to the mission and ministry of the local church.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative leadership and support for all areas of Shades Students.
  • Manage ministry communications, calendars, registrations, databases, records, and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for student ministry environments, events, camps, retreats, and mission trips.
  • Support volunteer onboarding, scheduling, communication, and organization.
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and financial processes.
  • Partner with the Student Minister, High School Minister, and Middle School Minister to ensure ministry initiatives are organized and executed with excellence.
  • Attend key student ministry gatherings and events as needed to support ministry operations and execution.
  • Support the broader mission of the church by embracing the mission, values, and ministry strategy of Shades and assisting with church-wide initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other related duties that may benefit the church as assigned by the Student Minister or Executive Staff.
