  • The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in high priority HR initiatives and programs
  • These responsibilities will include internal projects, group initiatives related to improving HR and talent management operations and the overall employee experience

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachlors degree
  • Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field of study
  • Strong working relationship and critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail
  • Customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use MS Excel and Powerpoint; database/or reporting software to do analysis a plus
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment
