About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that directly impact our business and customers. You will work on a mix of building new end-user features, creating APIs, and configuring vendor-packaged software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Maintenance: Design, code, and maintain high-quality software features and capabilities for both internal employees and external customers.

  • System Customization: Configure, customize, and integrate vendor-provided packaged software to seamlessly align with user needs.

  • API & DevOps Support: Build and manage APIs for internal and external products while utilizing modern DevOps and CI/CD principles.

  • Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile development workflows, leveraging planning tools (such as Azure DevOps) to meet sprint goals.

  • Problem Solving: Analyze business information needs, research alternatives, and identify, isolate, and document software defects with high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT, etc.)

  • Experience: * 1+ years of professional work experience.

    • 0–2 years of experience for entry-level placement; 2–7 years for mid-level placement.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Coding Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in one or more core programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java).

  • Development Methodologies: Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

  • Databases: Basic knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to condense and communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Growth Mindset: A proactive willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and business domains quickly.
