Job description

We're seeking for an experience Data Entry in Hollywood. The ideal candidate must have a very positive attitude, energetic, friendly and provides great customer service. Very organized, detailed orientated, handle pressure well, and excel in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets that enable analysis of each area of concern
  • Create daily Production reports
  • Create and manage documents with updated information
  • Prioritize assigned tasks to meet completion deadlines.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Sort and organize paperwork to ensure none is lost. Transfer data from paper formats to computer.
  • Type in data provided directly from Production Supervisors
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data
  • Calculate yields and run daily production entry as materials are being manufactured.
  • Communicate verbally & in writing to complete required documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Bilingual English- Spanish
  • Excellent written, typing, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage assignments with tight deadlines from multiple sources.
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, sitting and walking to the different production areas

Typical Work Conditions:

Mainly in office environment within the Production plant. May be subject to food and nutritional bulk ingredients, which may affect the respiratory system or the skin, including an environment subject to odors, dust or airborne allergens. Person will be working in a dry and low moisture environment. Exposure to noise.
