About the Firm

ISCโ€™s team of Financial Services Recruiters is partnering with a growing global investment firm that provides customized investment management and advisory services to Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments.


The firm is expanding and looking for a Client Service Associate to join their Delaware office. This role offers direct exposure to UHNW clients with $200M+ in investable assets and long-term career growth in wealth management.


What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Client Service Associate, youโ€™ll support Advisors and Operations teams to deliver high-touch service to UHNW clients. Youโ€™ll handle a variety of client service, operational, and project-based responsibilities, including:

  • Partnering with Wealth Advisors to support UHNW clients.
  • Coordinating with custodians and internal Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Assisting with portfolio rebalancing, money movements, and document preparation.
  • Preparing new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
  • Managing account openings/closings (SMA and brokerage).
  • Handling KYC profiles, searches, and compliance documentation.
  • Processing cash and security movements (deposits, withdrawals, wires, gifting, journals).
  • Assisting with presentations, proposals, and reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Reviewing billing for accuracy.
  • Maintaining and updating client databases and portfolio/account management systems (Salesforce, Addepar, Black Diamond).

  • 5+ years of UHNW client servicing experience.
