The Database Architect is an expert in database architecture, infrastructure, security and integration. They possess strong technical skills to provide leadership and best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining an efficient, secure, and reliable database infrastructure for many complex systems. This person possesses a thorough understanding of T. Rowe Prices business functions and systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for analysis, modeling, administration and integration as it relates to the business requirements for transactional and data warehousing purposes. The Database Architect participates in strategic planning efforts in line with our Database Strategy.ย

Additional Job Details: Preferred experience: - HR (Human Resources) data modeling, data architecture reports, analytics - At least 3 years of hands on experience in creating large data models for data marts, data warehouses - At least 5 years of experience in dealing with data - data analysis, data architecture - Very familiar with SQL and connecting and analyzing data - Ability to lead the working sessions to identify data requirements for reports and Analytics - Familiarity with dimensional modeling
