This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing administrative support with bookkeeping responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate scheduling for landscaping projects, maintenance services, estimates, and customer appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and project information
• Assist with payroll and bookkeeping tasks
• Coordinate communication between customers, field crews, vendors, and management to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Organize and maintain both digital and paper filing systems
• Support the owner and leadership team with administrative projects and day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
