Do you enjoy keeping things organized, providing outstanding customer service, and helping a growing business run smoothly behind the scenes?

Maloney Property Maintenance, LLC is looking for someone to be the first point of contact for customers, helping coordinate schedules, manage office operations, support financial administration, and ensure the team stays organized and on track. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to serve as the hub of our daily operations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35,000 – $45,000 base salary

  • Full-time, in-office position

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Compensation:

$35,000 – $45,000 based on experience


Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling and customer communication
  • Track lawn care progress and service updates
  • Support QuickBooks and CRM data entry
  • Assist with quotes, ordering, and office coordination
  • General administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Accounting or administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, CRM systems, and MS Office (preferred)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
