Job SummaryKey Deliverables and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Workday Finance Integrations & Automation Analyst to support the Finance Department's technology ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, supporting, and optimizing accounting systems, ensuring smooth integrations, and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data accuracy.

You will serve as a key liaison between Accounting and Technology teams, helping maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Support & Operations

  • Serve as Tier 2 support for finance-related applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues

  • Manage user access (activations/deactivations) and respond to internal and external system inquiries

  • Lead incident management for third-party applications, coordinating with IT/IS teams as needed

  • Create, track, and escalate support tickets

Integrations & Automation

  • Identify, implement, and support automation tools, AI solutions, and system integrations

  • Analyze accounting processes to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements

  • Support system upgrades, including testing, implementation, and communication

Data & Process Governance

  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems and maintain system uptime

  • Support compliance with IT controls and governance standards

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including:

    • Policies and procedures

    • Training materials

    • User guides

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as a liaison between accounting users and technology teams

  • Gather user feedback and track system performance metrics

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
