Job description

Data AnalystOur client is seeking a Data Analyst with 1–4 years of experience to support the Environmental Compliance Assurance team. The analyst will focus primarily on data reporting, visualization, and analysis within the Enablon platform using Power BI. The role is based predominantly onsite at Georgia Power's Environmental Laboratory in Atlanta, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.Key Responsibilities:Develop reports and data visualizations in Power BI using data from the Enablon system.Analyze the Enablon data structure and recommend improvements for seamless integration with Power BI via ODATA.Collaborate with Environmental Compliance and Environmental Affairs teams to ensure high data quality and accuracy.Update and maintain data to address change requests and business needs.Assist with data gathering, cleansing, and preparation for the implementation of new Enablon functionality (e.g., waste management module).Qualifications & Experience:Required:1–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an environmental or compliance-related role.Proficiency in Power BI, including experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).Familiarity with enterprise data system implementation projects.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data quality standards.Availability to work onsite four days per week.Preferred:Experience with commercial Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and/or sustainability software (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, Cority, velocity EHS, Essential Suite, OpsInfo).Basic understanding of environmental regulations related to air, water, or waste management.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and data visualization skills.Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.
