Are you a data-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and business impact? At GALLO, we're looking for a Technical Product Manager to shape the future of our enterprise data ecosystem - and we'd love for that person to be you.

In this role, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our enterprise data warehouse capabilities and data products. You'll be the connective tissue between our data engineering, architecture, analytics, AI, and business teams - translating real business needs into scalable, trusted data solutions that power reporting, self-service analytics, and cutting-edge agentic AI workloads. Whether it's onboarding new data sources, designing dimensional models, or governing data quality and lineage, your fingerprints will be on the data assets that drive decisions across GALLO.

Day to day, you'll guide execution across cross-functional teams - delivering reliable data pipelines, curated warehouse models, and production-ready data products across platforms including SAP HANA EDW, AWS Redshift, and Oracle. You'll set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead platform modernization efforts that improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency - all while keeping the lights on and service continuity intact.

Beyond the technical work, you'll be a people leader and culture carrier. You'll coach and develop team members, foster a mindset of ownership and accountability, and encourage bold thinking and innovation. What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of IT experience to include software development or product analyst experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of technical product management or product ownership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma plus 9 years of IT experience to include software development or product management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 1 year of experience leading software/product engineer/development or business systems analyst teams.
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile software methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences to influence outcomes.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven experience establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. How You'll Stand Out
