Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Data/Information Architect to work onsite in Blythewood, SC. The role involves creating and updating data models, ensuring database designs support scalability and integrity, and collaborating with various teams to translate business requirements into data models.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Create and update data models and documentation using ERWIN
โ€ข Performing reverse and forward engineering of database structures.
โ€ข Providing best practices for data modelling, metadata management, and documentation.
โ€ข Designing, developing, and maintaining logical and physical data models using ERwin Data Modeler.
โ€ข Ensuring database designs support scalability, integrity, and performance requirements.
โ€ข Identify data integrity and consistency issues. Provide reporting and recommendations to address the issues.
โ€ข Identify and aid with duplicate data resolution.
โ€ข Collaborating with data architects, DBAs, developers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into data models.
โ€ข Managing version control of data models and maintaining model repositories.
โ€ข Supporting data governance and compliance initiatives through effective data modelling strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3 YEARS PROFESSIONAL DATA MODELING with ERWIN Data or similar data modelling tool
โ€ข 3 + ORACLE 18/19 DBA and/or SQL SERVER 2019, 2022
โ€ข High School Diploma
Preferred:
โ€ข 3 + years of Experience with BACKUP AND RESTORE of Databases
โ€ข 3+ year ORACLE GRID (CONTROL)
