Position Purpose:

This position will serve as the primary point of coordination for the Accreditation team's data and reporting needs. This role will also perform preliminary analysis, including trending, comparisons, identification of anomalies or unexpected results, and work with data owners to resolve questions or discrepancies before the information is provided to the accreditation analysts.

Location: This position is a full-time hybrid (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during normal business hours. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 4101 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29219.

This position is eligible for remote work.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for accreditation data and reporting needs, partnering with Accreditation Analysts to understand requirements and translate those requirements into clear, complete requests for internal data owners and reporting teams.
  • Manage data and reporting requests from initiation through completion, tracking deliverables, responsible parties, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple accreditation programs and lines of business.
  • Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with accreditation requirements before it is provided to the Accreditation Analysts.
  • Perform preliminary analysis of data, including trending and comparisons, to identify missing information, anomalies, unexpected results, or potential data-quality concerns, and coordinate with data owners to resolve identified issues.
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of accreditation data and reporting requirements, including recurring reports, data sources, responsible teams, applicable populations, reporting schedules, required data elements, and delivery requirements.

To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's in a job related field
  • Or an additional 4 years job related work experience
  • Or an Associate's plus an additional 2 years job related work experience


Required Work Experience:

  • 2 Years Research and analysis experience.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use complex mathematical calculations.
  • Advanced knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
  • Knowledge of programming languages across various software platforms, using DB2, SQL, and/or relational databases.
  • Ability to analyze data results, determine the source of aberrant statistics, and resolve data issues.

  • Strong organizational, customer service, communications, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills, including the ability to review data critically and determine whether results are complete, internally consistent, and reasonable
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and data interpretation skills, including the ability to recognize patterns, relationships, material variances, and results that may warrant further investigation
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, deliverables, responsible parties, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with NCQA.
  • 4 Years-Research and analysis experience.

Work Environment: Typical office environment. Some travel between buildings and out of town.
