Job description

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals - who want to work in an office and like working with numbers. Entering and reviewing utility data is a complex task, and we are looking for detail-oriented individuals who like basic math. If you don't like math, this is not the job for you.


NUS Consulting Group is an international energy management and sustainability consulting firm which provides solutions to commercial and industrial businesses.

We build and manage utility invoice databases for large businesses. This data is used for energy purchasing, budgeting and sustainability. We are looking to expand our team of data entry coordinators due to growth in our client base.


As a data entry coordinator, you will be responsible for understanding the structure of various utility bills (electricity, natural gas, water, etc.), and entering this data into our data systems. As part of the entry process, you will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurately processed and identifying (or flagging) any entry issues.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School or Equivalent
  • Experience: Ten-key data entry experience is preferred
  • Specific Skills: Attention to detail
  • Supervisory Responsibility: none

This position is ON-SITE - no remote working. You must be able to commute to our office located in Greenville, SC.
