Job Summary:
Unwrap is a company focused on building products that people love, helping clients like Lyft and Microsoft process customer feedback effectively. The Applied NLP Engineer will be responsible for developing customer-facing technology to extract insights from large-scale feedback, with a significant emphasis on designing and shipping NLP features.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Youโ€™ll own and deliver major customer-facing solutions end-to-end.
โ€ข This includes understanding customer needs, helping compile sprint requirements, and ultimately shipping core NLP features.
โ€ข Youโ€™ll get exposure to all aspects of the company, from sales to marketing to customer success, but youโ€™d focus primarily on designing and building NLP features that drive the product and the insights we deliver forward.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 2+ years experience building real-world NLP solutions
โ€ข Pride in developing high quality product that solve real customer problems
โ€ข Excitement about the idea of spending 80%+ of your time actively developing software
