Job description

Our client is a leading space infrastructure company focused on delivering mission-critical solutions for the next generation of space exploration. They are seeking an experienced Data & Systems Analyst who will work closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams to improve how operational data is collected, organized, analyzed, and reported. This role combines data analytics, systems improvement, automation, and business process optimization to create more efficient and scalable workflows.



A major focus of the position will be transitioning existing manual and Excel-based processes into standardized data models, automated workflows, and dashboards that provide greater visibility into manufacturing and operational performance

Responsibiliti

  • esPartner with Manufacturing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, reporting needs, and operational challenge
  • s.Extract, transform, and model data from ERP, legacy, and operational systems to support reporting and business analysi
  • s.Develop standardized and repeatable datasets for ongoing operational reportin
  • g.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational analytic
  • s.Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual data entry and repetitive reporting tasks using tools such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, or similar automation platform
  • s.Identify opportunities to replace manual Excel-based processes with more scalable systems and workflow
  • s.Evaluate existing tools and processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and visibilit
