Overview
The Senior Analyst is responsible for transforming complex media and audience data into actionable insights through a combination of data wrangling, exploratory analysis, and workflow automation. This role partners closely with Analytics, Strategy, Activation, and Data Science teams to solve business problems, develop scalable analytical solutions, and improve the efficiency of recurring processes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in SQL and Python with deep familiarity with digital media datasets and taxonomies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop complex SQL and Python-based solutions to prepare, transform, and analyze large media and audience datasets.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business, client, and campaign performance questions.
  • Build and maintain reusable datasets that support reporting, analytics, and strategic decision-making.
  • Design and automate recurring analytical processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Work extensively with media taxonomies and reporting dimensions including channel, publisher, DSP, creative size, placement, audience, and daypart.
  • Identify data quality issues and implement processes to improve consistency and reliability across datasets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches and recommendations.
  • Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Document analytical methodologies, data definitions, and workflow processes to support long-term team scalability

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Media Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong experience manipulating, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience building automated workflows, reusable analytical tools, and scalable data processes.
  • Required experience working with digital media data and media taxonomies.
  • Experience with PySpark and cloud-based data environments (Databricks, Snowflake, etc) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $112,554.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
