Job description


As a Data & Analytics Solutions- Vice President within the Finance Data and Insight (FDI) product group, you execute on Data and Analytical Solution related Product development strategy and outcomes for Marketing Finance Area Product.
Job Responsibilities
Executes on Data and Analytical Solution related Product development strategy and outcomes for product, complexity/dependency, risk/compliance and internal/external customer experience impact
Plan and executes Product delivery roadmaps aligned to overall Product vision using careful analysis of customer needs, competitive intelligence, data/analytics, firm's capabilities and financials
Coordinate with Business stakeholders to analyze business requirement and build the backlog for Tech for development.
Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional product and area product leads. Engages and leverages key product group partners (Design, Data Owner, Tech Architect, Engineering, Data/Analytics etc.) early enough and often in the area product development strategy and provides access to customers to deliver value.
Partners on software product development and tech build to create quality and scalable features/solutions including contributing to team through the writing of user stories
Executes area product workflow through JIRA. Prioritizes and sequences backlog considering audit/controls, data landscape, data center migration, resiliency, etc., coordination of release dates and is responsible for area backlog and health as part of overall product.
Understanding of underlying technology that drives product. This includes ownership for tech assets needed for product development (full view expectation to help drive end-to-end ownership and the assumption of the tech debt that builds up over time based on decision making)
Lead & develop AI / ML and Agentic Solution delivery
Mange stakeholder expectation, roadmap planning, priority setting, Management reporting.
Design and implement comprehensive and efficient data product / data mart / Analytical solution that consolidate key data categories from various source systems, tailored to the needs of the Marketing Finance & Business Management functions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
7+ years of broad Product Management, Data Product Management and Analytics Solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance MIS, or related field
Experience in managing complex Product leveraging complex data and models in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to set and manage accountabilities and expectations at all levels - team members, peers, business partners and senior management
Strong track record of leading dynamic team, delivering challenging initiatives using expert-level program/product/function management skillset
Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate across a highly matrix organization
Experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient data mart architectures, including star schema, snowflake schema, and other data modeling techniques.
Exposure to statistical techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and clustering to analyze business data and uncover insights.
Good understanding of P&L / Finance in general. Understanding of Credit Card Business will be added advantage.

Product Management Experience
Experience with Python, Databricks, Snowflake, or other Cloud Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, ERWIN
Agile backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Added advantage to have ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Alteryx, or Essbase experience
