Marathon TS is looking for a Data Analyst to support Client CBP on site in Crystal City, VA. All candidates should have the following: * Lead and perform data-driven studies, assessments, and research to inform decision-making, resource allocation, and operational improvement. * Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, statistical techniques, modeling, simulation, and risk, cost, and benefit analyses to address operational and technical challenges. * Collect, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends, relationships, performance drivers, and actionable insights. * Develop and apply predictive, mathematical, and optimization models to support planning, policy development, and management decision-making. * Design, tailor, and implement decision-support tools, analytics solutions, and process improvement approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. * Conduct trade-off, operational, and systems analyses to support requirements development, acquisitions, and lifecycle management. * Establish and evaluate performance metrics, key indicators, and analytical frameworks that account for operational, technical, cost, feasibility, and risk considerations. * Apply industry best practices, maturity models, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies to improve performance and analytical rigor. * Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and executive-ready recommendations that communicate findings and support stakeholder decision-making. * Support knowledge transfer and training activities to promote data-informed operations and continuous improvement.
