About the team:
The CDI Data Science team is integral to the Customer Data & Identity organization within Walmart US Decision Sciences. This team develops advanced machine learning, deep learning, and agentic capabilities to support products and platforms across Customer Identity, Intelligence, Segmentation, Marketing, and decisioning systems. The team applies rigorous modeling, data visualization, and analytical techniques to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, the team drives innovation and continuous improvement to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes through data-driven strategies and cutting-edge technologies.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models using best practices to ensure accuracy, robustness, and business relevance.
  • Design and implement data visualization solutions that effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data science projects aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
