Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Finance Data Analyst specializing in Insurance Solutions. The role involves designing and building data visualization tools, collaborating with finance teams for data-driven decisions, and supporting reporting processes for insurance programs.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build data visualization and analytical tools to monitor the performance of Insurance programs.
• Own the design, implementation, testing, and user rollout of analytics related to Host Protection Program, Liability insurance program, and any other new insurance product launches.
• Collaborating with the finance groups on data research to drive product and business decisions
• Support the monthly and quarterly reporting and close process for the Insurance Solutions function
• Drive data model design, and collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering team to launch data models that are critical to the Insurance Solutions reporting function
• Drive testing and data validation on current data pipeline and work with engineering team to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-6 years of combined experience in a related field, preferably at a top tier company
• Expert SQL skills or similar querying language required
• Expert in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Excel and modeling experience required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience analyzing high volume, multi-currency transactions in a global business environment
• B.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Systems, Analytics, or a closely related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, hyper growth environment
• Desire to continuously improve and a positive, 'can-do' approach
