Skills Required:

SQL

Skills Preferred:

Business Intelligence

Experience Required:

Senior Specialist Exp: 7+ experience in relevant field.

Experience Preferred:

Specific Domain Experience: GCP Ecosystem: Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), including writing complex SQL (Window Functions, CTEs, Nested Data) to structure their own datasets. Product Analytics Focus: Experience must be in analyzing User Behavior (Retention, Churn, Engagement, MAU/DAU), not just financial or operational reporting. "Full-Stack" Capability: Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between Engineering and Product—taking raw telemetry and transforming it into business insights without relying on a central data team for every query.

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree

Education Preferred:

Master's Degree

Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Requirements:

Additional Information :

Senior Product Analyst The Opportunity: The Insight Accelerator Act as the strategic "Brain" of the Digital Cabin product triad. We need a forensic investigator, not a report generator. You will break the data bottleneck by diving directly into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to wrangle raw data and deliver immediate insights while central teams build long-term pipelines. What You’ll Do: Forensic Analysis: Go beyond basic counts. Use Advanced SQL (BigQuery) to dig into raw logs, identify root causes of churn, and find the "signal in the noise" that explains user behavior. Data Structuring: Don't wait for the perfect table. Use SQL to clean, join, and structure raw data into "Analytical Sandboxes" in GCP. (Note: This is business logic structuring, not AI/ML modeling). Proactive Strategy: Don't just take tickets. Monitor data, generate unasked hypotheses, and challenge vanity metrics. Define Logic: Translate business concepts into precise code/documentation (e.g., defining "Active Session") for future adoption by central engineering. Bridge the Gap: Translate between Central Analytics (GDIA) and Product. You build the prototype; they build the production pipeline. Requirements: 5+ Years Product Analytics: Experience driving roadmaps through data, not just reporting. Tech Mastery (GCP & SQL): Expert-level SQL (Window functions, nested data, joins) and ability to navigate BigQuery to structure data independently. Investigative Mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving messy data puzzles without a roadmap. Strategic Intuition: Deep understanding of Cohort Analysis, Retention Curves, and Funnel Optimization. Preferred: Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool). Experience with Amplitude or similar event-based platforms. Background in subscription models. • Hybrid (mix of remote and on-site work) the manager is ok with the analyst being fully remote, but if they are near Dearborn, he would prefer them to go to the office 3 x times a week.
