ABOUT THE ROLE
TRIAEM is seeking an accomplished data visualization and analytics professional for a future opportunity supporting a complex federal environment. You will transform complex raw datasets into intuitive, actionable, and visually compelling analytical products.
This role serves as a critical bridge between technical data and strategic decision-making, combining data preparation, analytics, dashboard development, visual storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Collect, clean, structure, and integrate disparate datasets.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data used in analytical products.
  • Strategize, design, and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Develop sophisticated visualization products using Tableau, Power BI, and related technologies.
  • Create compelling visual narratives using charts, graphs, infographics, and other visualization techniques.
  • Translate complex data into clear findings accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work directly with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify business needs.
  • Gather requirements and define meaningful KPIs.
  • Analyze statistical information to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated experience creating insightful and visually compelling dashboards and analytical reports that effectively communicate complex data to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated expert proficiency with one or more leading business intelligence and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and structuring complex datasets.
  • Experience with data preparation, including cleaning and transforming raw data for analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with experience working directly with stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements, define KPIs, and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with NGA and/or other Intelligence Community agency missions and communications policies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence principles and utilization for Data Visualization and Analytics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PEO-GG systems.

This is a future opportunity and is contingent upon contract award and final customer requirements.
