About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and data-savvy analyst to join our Recruiting organization. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of market research, competitor analysis, and talent acquisition - translating complex data and insights into hiring strategies that drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence (CI) and market research to track talent market trends and competitor hiring movements, using benchmarking frameworks

  • Translate those insights into actionable, data-backed hiring strategies and clear recommendations for leadership

  • Partner with recruiting teams and stakeholders across the organization - managing incoming CI/research requests and supporting strategic workforce decisions with timely research

  • Develop and maintain resources, tools, and dashboards to make intelligence accessible and actionable for the recruiting team

  • Automate manual reporting processes to scale insights delivery

  • Work with cross-functional partners (Workforce Planning, IT, Data Engineering) to determine approach and system needs for Recruiting Analytics/Competitive Intel strategy and data accuracy

  • Interact with and help train an AI-based CI API

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, market research, or recruiting intelligence

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into compelling, actionable narratives

  • Experience with competitive intelligence frameworks, research methodologies, and benchmarking

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights (LTI) to pull and analyze talent flows

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior Talent Intelligence or Talent Mapping experience
