Infographic and Data Visualization

• Design infographics and data visualization assets based on content and direction provided by project stakeholders

• Transform pre-compiled data, statistics, and messaging into visually engaging, easy-to-understand design pieces

• Apply strong visual hierarchy and layout principles to clearly guide viewers through complex information

• Develop reusable visual frameworks and templates for recurring data-driven content needs

Presentation Design

• Build polished, branded presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external audiences, including leadership, sales, and marketing teams

• Elevate existing presentations in partnership with copywriters by transforming text-heavy slides into visually engaging, story-driven content

• Develop and maintain presentation templates aligned with the brand design system and accessible to non-design users

• Apply strong layout, typography, and visual communication principles to every slide

General Graphic Design

• Produce a wide range of on-brand marketing materials across digital and print formats, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, and templates

• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables in alignment with established brand guidelines

• Develop and manage reusable design templates to support efficiency and scalability

• Support campaign, event, and content design initiatives as directed

• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and project management teams to deliver assets on time and within scope

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, in-house design environment

• Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Design Craft and Execution: Strong foundation in typography, color, layout, and hierarchy; applies these consistently across print and digital formats

• Data Literacy: Ability to read, interpret, and simplify data sets without distorting meaning

• Information Hierarchy and Storytelling: Structures complex information into clear, compelling narratives across presentations and infographics

• Presentation Design Sensibility: Understands how slides function in live presentations versus static materials and designs accordingly

• Brand Stewardship: Applies brand guidelines accurately, identifies inconsistencies, and proactively protects brand integrity

• Communication and Feedback Fluency: Clearly explains design decisions to non-design stakeholders and navigates feedback constructively

• Prioritization and Time Management: Effectively manages multiple priorities and proactively communicates timeline risks

• Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnership: Builds strong working relationships and gathers necessary context to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Curiosity and Growth Orientation: Continuously develops skills, explores trends, and seeks feedback to improve craft

• Advanced ability to design and produce data-driven infographics that translate complex information into clear, visually compelling narratives

• Advanced experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations that balance brand expression with clarity and storytelling

• Advanced ability to interpret and visualize data sets accurately, selecting appropriate chart types and frameworks

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint for production-ready design

• Intermediate ability to build and maintain slide templates, infographic toolkits, and reusable asset libraries for non-designer use

• Intermediate experience creating print and digital design materials aligned with brand systems and guidelines

• Intermediate experience developing and scaling design systems, toolkits, and templated assets

• Intermediate ability to manage multiple design projects across varying deadlines and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 2-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating infographic design, data visualization, and presentation design

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Receptive to feedback and able to navigate revision cycles efficiently

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and experience working with marketing and project management teams

• Experience with Figma or other digital design tools

• Familiarity with interactive content platforms

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills

• Experience designing data-heavy content such as reporting, analytics, or financial communications

• Experience using Canva
