Talon Hiring Solutions has a client in the Montgomery, AL are that is looking for a talented Project Architect / Project Manager to join our Montgomery, AL office. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Architect to lead a production team and manage a variety of commercial, institutional, and educational projects. What You Will Do:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from design through construction administration.
  • Manage and mentor a project production team while maintaining project schedules and deliverables.
  • Develop and produce architectural drawings using AutoCAD and, preferably, Revit.
  • Coordinate designs and documentation with consulting engineers and construction administration personnel.
  • Work directly with clients and represent the firm professionally within the community.
  • Develop design solutions for commercial, institutional, educational, municipal, and cultural projects.
  • Prepare presentations, visualizations, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project quality, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical and creative direction to project teams.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration throughout all phases of a project.
What You Will Bring:
  • Registered Architect (RA) with a professional degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program.
  • 10+ years of architectural design experience, with a strong background in commercial, institutional, and/or educational projects.
  • Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • Strong AutoCAD production experience; Revit experience preferred.
  • Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling/visualization software preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional presence, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
