We are looking for an experienced hands-on project manager, ideally with good knowledge of reporting and visualization tooling. The role will require you to work closely with our product development team to implement new capabilities and with our client implementation teams to roll those capabilities out in line with clients' scope. The role will require the ability to co-ordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive our product offering forward and ensure we can deliver the control framework to clients in line with expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Reporting & Visualization team to establish their product roadmaps and track progress through to completion.
  • Work with Alpha Data Services PMO team to report roadmap delivery status, risks and issues.
  • Record and track deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies in JIRA on behalf of the product team.
  • Co-ordinate across client implementation teams to ensure client requirements and timelines are fully recorded and tracked in Jira.
  • Co-ordinate the roll-out of the reporting and visualization product with the client implementation teams.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across multiple teams and levels.
  • Engage with practice areas to develop and grow the product control and dashboard offering.

Skills & Attributes

  • Project management skills are essential.
  • 7+ years of handson experience managing projects within data management, asset management or financial services.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to multi-task is essential.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and asset classes.
  • Ability to work across teams and silos to problem solve and achieve required outcomes.
  • Front, Middle and Back Office domain knowledge.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis or data management within asset management or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
  • Prince2, PMP or equivalent project management qualifications.

$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
