Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data and Analytics Engineer for a remote position with a Renowned Healthcare Organization in Rochester, MN. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity. 100% Remote.
Compensation: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on improving data quality, automating reporting, developing executive dashboards, and establishing scalable analytics capabilities.
This role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting a scalable data and analytics framework for the VOICE Program, which manages multiple ambient documentation and voice-enabled healthcare technologies. The ideal candidate will create a mature analytics capability to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support operational management, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess current reporting processes, dashboards, and data sources
  • Design data models, KPI definitions, and governance standards
  • Build and automate data pipelines and reporting solutions
  • Develop executive and operational dashboards with self-service capabilities
  • Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reporting optimization
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design a user interface with executive-level views of standard metrics across all voice program products (i.e. adoption, utilization, efficiency, revenue cycle)
  • Develop dashboards with 98%+ accuracy, with consistent definitions and clean data
  • Ensure dashboards update in real time
  • Create a clear design and user interface for operational and executive teams

Core Qualifications:
  • Healthcare analytics experience, preferably supporting Epic environments
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
  • Experience with Epic Clarity reporting and querying
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
  • Experience supporting executive reporting and operational analytics

Desired Skills:
  • Healthcare utilization and operational reporting experience
  • Data governance and data quality management expertise
  • Strong dashboard design and data visualization skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful metrics and insights
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience integrating data from multiple internal and external data sources

  • Experience building executive-ready dashboards

Education Requirements:
