Location: Tampa, FL
Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / Analyst to join our Supply Chain business unit. The successful candidate will be crucial in leveraging data to improve timely business decisions and implement AI solutions across Sales and Operations Planning, Fulfillment, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and AI solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with business goals.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into key performance metrics and operational insights.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights and AI solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and supply chain management to continuously enhance our capabilities.

Qualifications:
