Cross-Functional Data Partnership

  • Engage with business unitsto understand their data needs, processes, and KPIs.

Data Visualization & Dashboard Development

  • Design and build intuitive, executive-ready dashboards using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Automate reporting toeliminatemanual processes and improve data accuracy and speed.
  • Ensure dashboards emphasize clarity, trust, and storytelling-not just data display.
  • Maintain and evolve a library of standardized metrics, definitions, and reporting models.

Data Quality, Governance & Process Improvement

  • Identifyand resolve data quality issues across systems; partner withRevOps, IT, and Data Engineering on remediation.
  • Contribute to governance frameworks, ensuring consistent KPI definitions across the organization.
  • Recommend improvements to data pipelines, integrations, and enrichment processes.

Required Experience

  • 3-7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis.
  • Strong data visualization skills with hands-on experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Domo, etc.).
  • Proficiencyin SQL and structured data manipulation.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), and digital analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
