Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve creative goals and key deliverables for client and internal projects
  • Stay up-to-date on industry, customer experience, and interaction design trend
  • Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, Figma, XD, and After Effects
  • Produce engaging digital and print materials, such as social media visuals, landing pages and websites, email templates, logos, style guides and brochures, specific to our clients' brands
  • Ensures that creative work meets an assignment's strategic communications and brand objectives and fulfills client expectations
  • Responsible for timely execution and communicating project milestones to meet deadlines
  • Prepare final assets for delivery to internal teams and clients
  • Receive constructive criticism and client feedback and adjust accordingly

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong online portfolio showcasing strategic/conceptual thinking, innovative and varied visual design, and both B2B and B2C creative work
  • Proven ability to create and direct high-quality creative for digital platforms
  • A digital-first mindset and strong understanding of the modern consumer landscape, especially social media, video, mobile web, and advertising channels
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience with animation and web design preferred 
  • Experience creating digital visual effects and motion graphics  
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, photography, and branding
  • Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to express thoughts and creative concepts to clients and management
  • Experience with logos and branding
  • Professional self-starter with a strong work ethic who's detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent follow-through who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to think strategically and problem-solve
  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on deadline

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent degree required
  • 2+ years of creative and brand experience 
  • 1+ years of agency-side experience developing creative assets for multiple clients
